How to Book?
Feel free to view ebrochures on this site and choose the cruise vacation which suits your budgets, tastes and lifestyle. Contact your Cruise Specialist to book any of the Cruise Vacations featured on this site and provide following information:
- Cruise Line, Ship Name and departure date or your preferred destination and travel dates.
- Accommodation type: Suite, Balcony or Ocean-View.
- Traveller’s Information: First and Last name (as in the passport), date of birth and nationality.
- Contact Details: Complete address of all guests plus at least one contact telephone number.
- Emergency Contact Details: The name and number of someone who can be contacted in the event of a holiday emergency.
- Special Requirements: Special dietary or medical requirements, if any.
- Mobility: Do let your cruise specialist make aware of guests who are not fully mobile or who use wheelchairs at any time.
- Special Occasions: Birthday, Honeymoon or Anniversary or Family Get Together.
Deposit: Most cruise lines offer booking with an option expiry date by which time a deposit is required. If booking within 90days of departure, full payment is required.
Final Payment: Cruise Lines must receive the balance of your fare as per the time frame given in the initial letter of offer or confirmation failing which Cruise lines reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation held in your name. This will also result in cancellation charges.
