After you’ve booked
Cruise Personaliser
Once you have made your booking we will send
you a Booking Confirmation showing your cruise
details, cabin booked and price payable. This
shows the date your final balance is due. Please
check this carefully.
24 hours after your booking is made your
online Cruise Personaliser is available to you at
pocruises.com/cruisepersonaliser. To log in you
will need to supply your first name, surname,
date of birth and booking reference. Your Cruise
Personaliser is unique to you and holds all the
information you need relating to your holiday.
You can view essential information, including visa
and vaccination requirements, embarkation and
disembarkation arrangements, view dress codes,
shuttle bus information, manage your dining and
cabin layout (bed configuration) preferences,
provide essential immigration details and view
our Little Luxuries information, including our
wine and drinks packages. You can also build
your own personalised e-brochure.
If you are travelling on one of our fly-cruise
holidays, you can pre-purchase your preferred
flight seats on selected charter flights. Seats are
subject to availability and are available to book
from approximately 9 weeks prior to departure,
closing one week prior to departure.
Essential immigration information is required
before you travel, you will need to have your
passport, next of kin and travel insurance details
handy; all of this information should be updated
for each person travelling through the Personal
Details section of your Cruise Personaliser.
All travel documentation, including E-Tickets
and luggage labels, should be retrieved and
printed through your Cruise Personaliser. An
email notification will be sent to you advising
you when these documents are available. If
you are travelling with children and wish to use
the children’s facilities, you can print off and
complete the Carnival UK Registration form to
take with you to the initial registration session on
board on embarkation day.
As your holiday approaches you will receive a
few emails from us, so keep an eye out for them.
These will contain important information about
your holiday, therefore please ensure we have
the correct email address for you, this can also
be updated through your Cruise Personaliser.
Alcohol policy
We reserve the right to confiscate alcohol at
the gangway, which will be returned to you at
the end of the cruise. Anyone under the age of
18 (under 21 when in United States of America
waters) will not be served alcoholic beverages on
board and must not be in possession of alcohol.
Passengers may be asked to verify their age. It
is prohibited to attempt to purchase alcohol for
those under 18 in the bars and shops on board.
16 and 17 year olds may be bought beer, cider
or wine to drink with a meal in the restaurants
when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Alcohol purchased ashore by those under 18 will
be confiscated at the gangway.

The fly-cruises in this brochure are
financially protected by the ATOL
scheme. Our ATOL number is 6294.
When you pay you will be supplied
with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and
check to ensure that everything you booked
(flights, hotels and other services) is listed on
it. ATOL protection does not apply to all
holiday and travel services listed in this
brochure. All non-fly cruises sold in the UK
are protected by ABTA. Please ask us to confirm
what protection may apply to your booking.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate
then the booking will not be ATOL protected.
If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all
the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those
parts will not be ATOL protected. Please see

Data protection

connection with your booking will be processed
by Carnival plc in accordance with our Data
Protection Policy set out in the Booking
Conditions and for marketing purposes as set
out below. Carnival plc and other Carnival group
companies (including those in the US) may wish
to contact you with information and offers
from P&O Cruises and other Carnival group
cruise brands or for market research purposes.

Book a cruise
while on board
We have Loyalty & Cruise Sales Managers on
board every ship who, with their expert ship and
destination knowledge, can assist with booking
your next cruise whilst you are on board,
rewarding you with up to £100pp^ on board
spending money for your future cruise. If you
booked your current cruise via a travel agent we
will pass your future booking to your travel agent
when you arrive back home. If you’re finding it
difficult to choose which cruise to book you can
commit to sail with us again by making a Future
Cruise Down Payment of £50pp whilst on board,
and you’ll then have up to one year to book a
cruise^^ and still receive up to £100pp^ on
board spending money.
^ On board spending money amount is based on holiday nights
spent on board and does not include travel to and from the ship.
^^ Future Cruise Down Payments (“FCDs”) may be redeemed
against all P&O Cruises Select Price & Early Savers holidays
subject to availability at the time of booking. FCDs cannot be
redeemed against Savers, other promotional fares from time to
time or where we are not the Tour Operator. It will be necessary
to pay any difference between the value of your FCD and the
total deposit at the time of booking. FCDs are non refundable,
non transferable and must be used within 12 months of the date
of purchase after which they will be void.
